Turnkey interior project
September 5, 2026 | Design Stupa

Turnkey interior design means one team takes the project from concept to a finished home. You should not have to coordinate carpenters, electricians, stone masons and painters yourself, or discover missing items only at the end.

What a genuine turnkey scope includes

Consultation and brief, site measurements, space planning, concept and 3D visualisation, detailed drawings, specifications, BOQ, vendor coordination, site supervision, quality checks and handover. Styling of loose furniture and art can be included or listed as a separate package. Anything left vague will become a site argument later.

Why drawings matter more than moodboards

Moodboards set the direction. Working drawings and a BOQ tell the site what to build, in which material, and at what quantity. That is how we keep execution aligned with the design you approved, and how we control quality instead of reacting to surprises.

Our sequence

We follow a six-step process: consultation, site and space planning, concept and design, detailed design, execution, and handover. Each stage has a clear output, so you always know what has been decided and what remains.

If you want an end-to-end interior for your home, book a consultation and we will walk you through scope, timeline and the documents you should expect.
